It says HERE that the Supreme Court probably won’t hand down a decision on the Affordable Care Act until Monday at the earliest.
So, how do you think the ruling will go?
The possibilities are as follows:
The entire act could be overturned. Or perhaps just the individual mandate will be struck down. Or the whole thing could be upheld. Or the court might say that it can’t decide the case until the law is fully in place and somebody alleges actual harm. (Don’t count on that last outcome.)
