The Chili Planning Board is expected to meet at 7 p.m. on Feb. 8.

The meeting will be at the Chili Town Offices, 3333 Chili Avenue.

The following applications are expected to be heard:

Public hearings
Application of SunCap Property Group, 3419 Seward Place, Charlotte, North Carolina, for site plan approval for the FedEx Subdivision at 3516 & 3520 Union Street.

Informal
Application of SunCap Property Group, 3419 Seward Place, Charlotte, North Carolina, for final site plan approval to erect a 71,500 sq. ft. regional freight terminal warehouse at 3516 Union Application of Ken Glazer, 1 South Washington Street, Suite 200, Rochester, for revised final site plan approval to expand parking lot at 3171 Chili Avenue.
Application of Five Star Bank, c/o Beardsley Design Associates, 64 South Street, Auburn, for revised final site plan approval to erect a 3,780 sq. ft. two-story bank at 3171 Chili Avenue.
