Gates Automotive Center has hired two employees for its collision repair department at the Henrietta location, 50 Thruway Park Drive West.
Josh Dyer joins the Gates Automotive team as an auto collision technician. He will be responsible for the repair of automotive body damage, frame straightening and structural repair and replacement.
Dyer has five years of experience and previously worked as an auto body technician at Sofia Collision. He received an Automotive Collision Certificate from Baran Technical Institute, and is I-CAR (automotive collision training) certified.
Nick Eckel joins Gates Automotive as a metal technician. His responsibilities include collision repair, welding, panel repair and removal, frame measuring and repair.
Eckel has more than eight years of experience. He previously worked as a metal technician at Nu-Look Collision. He is a tech school graduate and is I-CAR and IMACA air conditioning certified. He is also trained in Vortex waterborne paint and Vortex color tinting.
