The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Livonia woman was arrested and charged with felony larceny.

Deputies say that a victim reached out to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office on February 19 to investigate an alleged larceny from their home. After an investigation was carried out, deputies say 23-year-old Emma Gascon was charged with third-degree grand larceny.

According to deputies, Gascon stole more than $3,000 worth of items from the home. She was placed under arrest on March 9 – this past Thursday – and turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for processing as well as pre-arraignment detention.

Deputies say Gascon was arraigned later on March 9 in Livonia Town Court. The judge put her in sheriff’s custody on $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond.
