On behalf of the Friends of the Macedon Public Library, I would like to thank all of those who participated in our recent used-book sale. We raised more than $2,000, which will support our Friends Endowment for the Macedon Public Library.
We would especially like to thank the members of the Palmyra-Macedon High School baseball team and their coaches who volunteered to tote boxes of books and assist with the clean-up. They were a very willing and spirited group of community volunteers, and we want them to know that their participation was much appreciated.
