The following incident was reported in the Gates-Chili area on Monday, Feb. 20:
At 12:20 p.m. Monday, New York State Police Troop A at the Batavia station received a report of a property damage accident. The incident occurred in the 2000 block of Judge Road, in the town of Alabama. Two vehicles were involved, as well as the following drivers: Jacquelyn A. Durham, 24, of Basom, and Kenneth L. McMinn, 22, of Churchville. The status of the incident is closed by investigation.
